Last Sunday late afternoon, I went to this store to make some additional Minute Key custom keys. This is the self-contained key box that makes your keys from the established key designs. Not one sales person or person on the floor knew how to use this machine. Not one! The week before, the Lowe’s employee that I would call a Key Guru, helped me in every step of the way. I have forgotten his name, darn it. I had hoped he’d be working on this specific Sunday, but I knew enough because of his devoted help, to complete my last set of one key. When I walked out of the store, on the recent Sunday late afternoon, the male self-service clerk saw me as I walked out, “That machine isn’t owned by us”. I thought that was an inappropriate response to my problem. I turned around and said, “But the key machine is in your store. You should have staff that know how to work it to help your customers”. I realized that not every Lowe’s employee has great customer service skills, but I’m grateful that the one employee was so helpful and willing to provide excellent customer service to me. I bought over $150 total in keys on these two occasions. Not slim pickings. PS. Please do not insul

Luis and Beverly provided excellent customer service for helping me get situated on a piece of wood that I needed cut. Luis cut it perfect. Beverly helped me get checked out with ease. 5 star 100% customer satisfaction. Every person I talked to at this location was very professional and I appreciate you all for everything you do.

Love the surprise Lowe’s! If you do a lot of renovation work get a PRO account. You’ll save a ton of money. Just did an insulation project and the discount was nice. I see a lot of negative comments on Google and let’s face it folks, it’s usually a breakdown in communication or a personality thing. Check yourself before disparaging others because you are an intolerable person. You probably complain about a picturesque day, your lobster is too buttery… The rest of us don’t care. Anyways, great job Lowes team, I appreciate the professionalism.

I really wanted to give a shout out to this Lowe’s location. The customer service is excellent. I’m doing a small DIY project which I have never tried before, and the lumber and tools team, along with the garden section, has really helped me. Everyone was really nice every time I ask for help. Special shout out to Larry and Casey (KC??) in the lumber and delivery department. I was unable to lift the lumber and carry it, And even though it’s not A service that they offer, (which I didn’t know, and frustrated by), they did it for me, and they wouldn’t even accept the tip that I offered. They were both so very nice about it. Especially Casey (KC??). I still have a little bit more to do for my DIY Project and will definitely be coming back here. if I could give 10 stars, I would!

I really hope somebody from corporate or higher-ups can definitely be seeing this message because this review is for you guys. I had any hiccup when it came to ordering a washing machine and unfortunately it was not going to be able to come on time. It was very upset about the whole situation and came into the store upset and angry. But there is a employee, her name is April and she is the supervisor for Pro services. April is not your typical supervisor she is too advanced. Not only did she take care of my situation and fixed everything for me. April was so fast, sweet and professional. April you deserve a 10 out of 5 stars because you go above and beyond thank you so much for the experience and I hope somebody takes into consideration of how the stuff is supposed to be done because you are impressive. Please recognize this lady she is amazing!!! And to the rest of the workers at this Lowe's you have treated me and my family so nice and amazing. I feel awful for coming into to the store upset but I am very grateful for you guys. 5 out of 5 for this store. Thank you Lowe's you're amazing
